NCORD meeting was chaired by Ms. Egna Cleetus, IAS, District Magistrate of South Goa H/c of Kushavati Districts, with officials including SDMs, DySP, Customs, FDA, Social Welfare, Education, Health Departments and other agencies in attendance.
Departments are conducting routine inspections and organizing awareness camps for the general public and in schools among students. Reels on the theme “Say No to Drugs” have also been created to spread awareness.
Focus was laid on reviewing NCORD cases, preventive measures and promoting awareness to curb drug abuse.
