Panchayat Minister, Shri. Mauvin Godinho addressed a press conference at the Secretariat, Porvorim, to highlight the progress and upcoming initiatives under the Swayampurna Goa Programme and the observance of Seva Pakhwada from 17th September to 2nd October 2025, as envisioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
On 27th September 2025, the Government will organize a Public Interactive Programme across all 191 Village Panchayats, 13 Municipalities, and 1 Corporation, where senior officers will directly interact with citizens, address local issues, and review the progress of the programme.
