The Captain of Ports Department of Goa has informed that 14 swimmers will be crossing the Mandovi River on May 1, 2024, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. The swimmers will be crossing from Ribander to Divar ferry point.
Vessel operators on the Mandovi River are cautioned to keep a sharp lookout, go slow, and stop if necessary to avoid causing any hindrance to the swimmers. They are also instructed to adhere to instructions issued by patrolling boats stationed at the site.
