Goa is hosting the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization-SCO. Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant said that Indian presidency is driven by a commitment to SECURE SCO. Its key focus areas are startups, traditional medicine, youth empowerment, heritage and science & technology.
He added that the Goa is proud to host important meetings of the SCO and the G20 India under the India’s presidency. The Council of Foreign Ministers meeting shall deliberate and discuss on the desired goals and come out with the way forward for the SCO region.
