District Magistrate, SouthGoa imposed ban on sale of liquor in the South Goa District within 5kms from the Karnataka border due to State Legislative Assembly Election in Karnataka which is scheduled on 10/5/2023. The ban will start from 05:00pm of 08/05/2023 to 00:00 hrs of 10/05/2023 & from 06:00 am of 13/05/2023 to 06:00 am of 14/05/2023 to ensure strict compliance of ECI directives.
