In observance of #SewaPakhwada 2025, the North Goa District Mineral Foundation (Trust), Village Panchayat Pirna, and Shree Shantadurga Higher Secondary School and Vidyalaya organized a cleanliness drive at Pirna, Bardez.
Shri. Sandeep Shet Tanavade, Sarpanch of VP Pirna, along with Secretary and Panchayat members; Shri. Umesh Naik, Principal, Smt. Rajnita Sawant, Headmistress along with staff and students; and Dr. Sachin Tendulkar, CEO, Mineral Foundation of Goa (Project Management Unit of DMF) were present for the drive.
Also, discussions were held with Panchayat Members regarding the development of a comprehensive Village Waste Management Plan, aimed at promoting sustainable waste management practices for the community.
