Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar started with pre-monsoon desilting and cleaning works of various nallahs in Mormugao constituency, through Water Resources Department. He said that it was much needed pre-monsoon works as timely action taken would prevent flooding of the areas and ensure free flow of water during the monsoon.
