The camp was attended by Shri. Ankit Yadav (IAS), Collector, North Goa; Dr. Medha Salkar, Director of Health Services; and Dr. Shekar Salkar, Chief of Oncology, Manipal Hospital Goa, who highlighted the importance of accessible preventive healthcare and timely screening.

The camp offered a range of health checks, including thyroid screening, ECG, bone density assessment, body mass index (BMI), random blood sugar, blood pressure, height and weight measurements and eye screening. Women above 40 years were also offered Pap smear screening, a test used to detect early changes in the cervix that may lead to cervical cancer.

Participants also had access to general physician consultations, Obstetrics and Gynaecology consultations, ophthalmology consultations and vision screening. Reading glasses were provided to people in need
