Minister for PWD, Captain of Ports and Legal Metrology, and Vice Chairman of BCIFF, Shri Digambar Kamat , inaugurated 3rd edition of the Bulbul Children’s International Film Festival (BCIFF) – 2026, organized by Department of Information and Publicity, Government of Goa at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao – Goa, in the presence of National Award winning Indian Filmmaker, Shri. Nagraj Manjule, MLA, Shri. Ulhas Tuenkar, Eminent Film Producer and Actor, Shri Damu Naik, Chairperson of the Margao Municipal Council, Shri. Damodar Shirodkar, Assistant Information Officer DIP, Shri. Shanto Naik, Information Assistant DIP, Shri. Siddhesh Samant, along with Festival Directors Shri Bipin Khedekar and Shri Siddhesh Naik & others.
This Festival will be held till 17th January 2026 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao – Goa.
