Additional Collector I North Goa, Shri. Gurudas S. T. Dessai convened a meeting of District Level Coordination Committee for Tobacco control North Goa. Officials from different department including Member Secretary of District Task Force Dental College , Education dept, Police, Goacan were present.
Key issues discussed were implementation of COTPA by the Magistrates and the police officials, implementation of Tobacco free villages and targeted awareness drives along with the enforcement on E-cigarettes.
