As part of International Purple Fest, Workshop on “Legal Rights and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities” was organized by Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities,Govt. of Goa and Office of the State Commissioner for Person with Disabilities, Goa in association with Goa State Legal Services Authority (Under the Aegis of NALSA) and the Goa High Court Bar Association at Porvorim.
