As part of the #SewaPakhwada2025 campaign launched by the Chief Minister, a training session on Mental Health & Work-Life Balance was conducted for Collectorate South Goa staff.
Shri Vithoba Mhalkar, Assistant Professor at Institute of Psychiatry & Human Behaviour, led the session, focusing on reducing stress, anxiety, and burnout to boost productivity and engagement. The initiative aims to improve individual well-being and promote a healthier work environment in public sector.
