Minister for Water Resources Shri Subhash Shirodkar felicitated the engineers at the Engineer’s Day Celebrations at Sinchai Bhavan ( WRD) Porvorim. The day is chosen to commemorate the birth anniversary of one of India’s greatest engineers and visionaries, Shri Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, whose brilliance left an indelible mark on India’s engineering landscape.
