Sanquelim has been conferred with the State-level award for Promising Swachh Sheher at the Swachh Survekshan Awards 2024-25.

The award was presented by the Hon’ble Union Minister of Urban Development, Shri Manohar Lal Khattar , at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

Urban Development Minister, Shri. Vishwajit P RANE & Chairperson of the Municipal Council, Sankhali, Smt. Siddhi Porob received the award.
