The training programme for BLOs and BLO Supervisors of 24 Mormugao Assembly Constituency commenced with a formal inauguration. Mrs. Seema Gudekar, AERO of 24 Mormugao Constituency, welcomed the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Mr. Bhagwant Anay Karmali, who addressed all the BLOs and BLO Supervisors, highlighting the importance of the training and introducing the Master Trainers.
Miss. Nabilabi Shaikh, Master Trainer, explained the objective of the training, emphasising that such sessions are organised to update and enhance the knowledge of BLOs to ensure effective and error-free electoral work. The resource persons for the programme were Miss. Nabilabi Shaikh and Mr. Somnath Chari, who conducted sessions covering various aspects of BLO duties and responsibilities.
